Founded in 1975 by the visionary Mr. Kirumba Mwaura, the firm took a proactive approach aimed to satisfy the legal needs of Kenyans who had started forming and running their own businesses. As these businesses grew, their owners started to fully adopt formal ways of doing business such as making contracts, registering interest in land, banking and insurance. 

Since then, the firm has been on record for some of the top organizations in the country.
